Hello!
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I just thought Id introduce myself.
Ive been here before but completely fell off of No S - and forgot what my username was before, so decided to set up a new account.
I currently weigh in at 216 lbs, and would like to reach a healthy 140 lbs, or a (UK) dress size 10-12, whichever comes first.
Hopefully, over the next 21 days (including today), I'll be able to build up the NoS habits so that I dont fall off the wagon again!

It would be great for you to get to 21 days on your first try, but don't let that determine whether you stick around again or not. But it's worth every white-knuckle moment, if they arise.
