Some numbers to back up good old Aristotle and your Grandma.

Long live that musty victorian odor!

It mentions that you shouldn't try to tame every bad habit at once. You've only got so much willpower to go around, and if you try to fight all of your bad habits at once, you will not end up accomplishing anything. Too many people who go on diets try to tackle all of their bad eating habits at once, and it doesn't work. Some even try to tackle other bad habits, like watching too much TV, on top of that.

Other people feel bad that they're not taking on all of their bad eating habits at once. Don't, because that approach is very unlikely to work.
