Just saying hello. I guess I am here for the same reasons every one else is: support and encouragement. I need to lose about 30-40 pounds. I've been exercising consistently for a few months but I haven't been able to get my eating under control. I've tried quite a few plans (even this one) but just didn't have to determination to stick with it. I am hoping this time will be different.
