Word must be getting out...

Post by Over43 » Fri Dec 09, 2011 1:46 am

My daughter just returned home after a semester at Weber State. Apparently one of her nutrition books being used in one of her sociology classes stated that the "healthiest" eating plans is to eat three meals a day, no snacks, and exercise.

So simple.

I'd like to know what nutrition book that is. Did it give a citation?

I did not get a citation. She happened to mention it as I was turning down cookies because it wasn't an S Day.
