I'm dreaming of No S

Post by Nicest of the Damned » Thu Feb 17, 2011 3:06 pm

Last night, I dreamed that I had been snacking, and I felt bad because I'd broken the No S rules. I've had dreams like this a couple of times before. Has No S gotten into anybody else's dreams?

Boy that's really internalizing the habit!! That's when you know it is becoming second nature to you!

I think I started having those dreams about 6 months after I started No S, if that tells you anything about how long it takes to internalize the habits. Your mileage may vary.

Oh my goodness- I thought I was the only one!!
I dream that I've snacked, and wake up feeling totally guilty- it takes me a while to realize it was just a dream, and I haven't actually failed.
Happens about once a week. :?

Took me a minute when I woke up to realize that it couldn't possibly have really happened. I wasn't looking forward to having to post my failure on the February Challenge.
