Love your body because without it you would be nothing.

Love your body because your experiences all pass through your body before your make them yours.

Love your body just as it is right now because it is the greatest gift... and never forget this.

Not sure I agree with the idea that without my body, I'm nothing, but I'm all for the rest of these and for No Diet Day- every day.

I'd add to love the body because the alternative is what a friend of mine calls unnecessary and unproductive suffering.
