Jlynch Check in First Week

Managed to go all NO S my first full week... Habical is nice tool (when I think to use it) S&S have not bee too outrageous but I am trying to be careful not to undo my good week....both in habit and calories..

After a weekend of Sssss Monday and Tues were tough...

i find tues/weds to be the most tough because usually monday i still feel satisfied from the weekend . by the time i get to weds i am usually craving something already! i know it gets easier.

Welcome to the boards! I'm new too. I've had a tough week but ready to start again today. Keep up the great work. If you can pick up the No S Diet book it really helped me understand the program better.
