Lynn123 Daily Check In

I started this program on July 7, 2016. So, I'm nine days in, and I've had one red day. I also have IBS and stomach issues and am strictly following a low FODMAP diet to try to get my system happy again. Which means S Days can't be all that different from N days.

But, even with those things to deal with, I just want to say a big "thank you" for coming up with this plan for those of us who've always been obsessed and compulsive about food. It feels so good to feel peaceful and in control of the whole eating thing.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

So, today, my 9th day, will be another GREEN for me!

Oh, I've also started sitting at the table to have my meals-without reading or computer or watching anything. Then it feels more like a MEAL.

Hi! That's a wonderful statement. It is the freedom from food-craziness that I value most about this system too.

I hope you can find a couple of 'treats' to enjoy on your S days - maybe some permitted desserts or snacks.
