21 Day Streaks ?

21 Day Streaks ?

Okay, I get confused, when someone goes for 21 days on No S, how does it exactly work?

Monday - Friday would be days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Saturday - Sunday 6, 7 or do we not count these 2 days and start
Monday - Friday 6, 7, 8....

As my S days are still over the top not sure I can count that as habit building, although I'm trying..

Age 56: SBMI=30.6 (12/1/13) CBMI 28.9 (2/2/14) GBMI-24.8

You count ALL of your days on program, including S days.

Remember, you can't fail on an S day, so no matter how wild yours were, they count!
