Order of Messages

Is there a way to change the default of 'oldest message first' to 'newest message first'?
Doesn't look like there is a way to change the default.
You can change it manually for the post you are currently looking at.
Go to the bottom of the page.
Look for "Display posts from previous".
Then select "All Posts", or however far back you want to go.
Then "Newest First"
Click Go.
