Seriously, though... I live in South St. Louis City. I could probably walk without being murdered, but why take a chance? I walk for about 20-30 minutes at the gym by my office in the morning. Also, I take a few breaks a day where I walk around my office building and take a few trips up and down the stairs. That's really I'm motivated to do at the moment (plus shovelglove in the morning before the gym) but it's better than doing nothing. I expect to add more as I sustain the habits that I'm working towards now.
