An observation from a No S-er

I just had my mom-in-law stay with me for the weekend (plus thurs/fri).
I pretty much followed vanilla no-s besides a minor slip up. But something I observed was the amount of mindless snacking she did. It was no judgment at all, but it was like watching myself pre no-s. she's a healthy active woman but struggles with about 15 pounds. I noticed the temptation to finish my kids' plates, eat handfuls of chips standing up, eat the crusts, snitch cookie dough, and always never quite hungry for a "real meal". I hate not feeling hungry!!
Like I said, no judgment on my part, just an observation of a snacking culture I live in. Grateful for no-s!
