New Introduction

This is my first post. I have visited this site many times and have read a lot of info and posts. I have also read the No S diet book. The No S Diet seems to be the closest to the way I think I should go about eating healthier and losing weight. So I am making my committment to the No S Diet way, beginning June 1, 2011. I am starting by posting this, doing Habit Cal, and doing the 21 day committment and posting on that forum. I look forward to not only success but getting to know others here as well. Any suggestions whatsoever for a newbie is welcomed!
