Is V8 considered a drink? Can I have that anytime I want? It's very filling - thought I could have one if I was really hungry between meals.

Hello there. I drink milk or V-8 between meals if the hunger gets too be too much, as far as I can tell, it's ok. It does not have added sugar and it's healty for you, so I say go for it. God Bless.
