Shocked ...

Lost another two pounds. Don't know how, as I have lost count of how many red days I have had. Maybe it's my housework as exercise initiative, it certainly makes me sweat all day!

You are obviously eating less than you're burning despite your red days. Just keep going!

I suppose I must be! Every red day does centre around the three plates three times a day and even red days now are less consumption than regular eating was before. With the housework thing, I always used to do the bare minimum with my husband doing things like mowing grass and mopping floors. At the moment I am not into structured exercise sessions, although I remember enjoying exercise DVD routines a few years back. I no longer work as I am now a homemaker, and I thought that whatever activity I took up had to be sustainable for life, or why bother? Cleaning is the only thing we girls in reality always have to do, despite the equality of the sexes, and men now helping out more than historically they ever have before. But I really put some welly into it and do it vigorously for at least two hours a day, excluding Sunday. I suppose I must be really burning some calories, am certainly sweating enough to warrant two showers and hair washes each day.
