I was doing so well with no s..without a fail for 6 weeks or so I think. My s days WERE over the top though, so I felt as though my "hard work" during the week was undone on the weekends. My weight initially dropped by 1 kilo but then stalled and I was frustrated by that, so I started calorie counting and I lost a another kilo doing that then I took it further and started fasting and lost a bit more weight but felt the build up of a binge brewing..and then of course had a big week of rebound eating and am back up a couple kilos and feeling silly because it's not the first time I've been on this ride! No S makes so much sense and it really works well with me in terms of not feeling like I'm on a diet..being able to eat normally in social situations but I think because I really only want to lose 3 kgs (6pounds?) it's perhaps a bit slow and the weekend craziness just was too much. So here I am..with a few mods such as if I want a sweet after dinner then I can if it's small like a square of dark chocolate as I really don't have a problem with sweets and being more careful on s days..taking Reinhards advice to "not be an idiot". So I'm just easing in and getting back into the 3 meal a day habit then assessing from there..and if I need to watch my portions then do so but slowly slowly..
I love this forum and am happy to be back

Welcome back. Stay the course! No guarantees about the six kilos, but certainly a chance at peace.
