Looking for a specific thread - please help!
Umm, I must be lacking essential searching skills... I'm pretty sure I've read here a topic based on research showing that consuming about 600 kcal (was it 600 or 800?) over your typical daily limit won't do any damage if you do it occasionally. Any idea where should I look for it?
I remember that thread, too, but also am having no luck in finding it. It does seem that it was quite a while ago...
