No S = automatic full switch??

Post by herbsgirl » Thu Aug 25, 2011 10:42 pm

Pretty much day 1 for me and I am already seeing the magic of No S. I am a binger and huuuuuuuge snacker (All day long almost before when I wasnt dieting)

Well, I ate breakfast, ok and then at lunch, I noticed my tummy was feeling FULL before my plate was done. I left some on my plate. Then I had this huge plate full tonite for supper. I mean 2 6" subs and a nice amount of homemade guacomole and some chips. I tore into the guacomole, ate most of the chips and then tried to down the sandwiches. WHOA! I got through the first one and I am thinking these wierd thoughts, like "Im full" and then I thought Im already full , but Im gonna go ahead and start eating this other 6" sub. I start eating a bite, and then eat a few more bites or so, and my body is telling me stop it doesnt taste so good anymore! wow! Almost like an internal hunger OFF switch. That is amazing, more like when I was a girl, a natural hunger off feeling, and you quit eating! When I would binge and snack all day I wouldnt usually get those feelings so much until I had ate a large amount or something really heavy and rich.

I just feel like my stomach is getting smaller already!

Yea! It does work. It's sanity.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

It is such a great feeling when our stomachs start to shrink! And eating 3 times a day makes the food tastes so much better :).

I know my granddaughter, eats a lot and is getting heavy and my son asked her if she eats until she is no longer hungry or until it hurts..she answered until it hurts. She at 10 is already dealing with constant eating all day long when not hungry..hope I can help in some way but don't want to mess her head up..

Glad you were able to join us!
