Well done on the baking - I find that really hard. How did Thanksgiving go? Sounds like you had a great plan which is half the battle. Will try and do similar for Christmas. It is hard when there is "peer pressure" for snacking even if you don't particularly want the food, if it is part of the celeb...

Success for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Still weighing 11 something and a new low this morning of 11st 12.5lb. Nearly 11lb down. I am considering doing a testimonial for 10 lb lost in just under 2 months but feel a bit of a fraud because I weigh more than when I started just over a year ago. Al...

Thanks Merry - you are so right. It is easy to be put off I did go back on to it for the rest of the week which I am very pleased about as I was away at a conference and the were giving away chocolate. Two years ago I broke my quitting sugar plan at the same conference so quite proud of my progress....

Thank you Merry. Sunday afternoon was not as good but ok for an S day. This morning I weighed the same as last Monday (12st 3lb) and was a bit peeved. Cracked at children's tea time for some pizza crust and have had a few scnacks since.

Failure for today but back on it tomorrow

Success for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday! I have been a bit quiet on here this week because I have been busy or maybe because the habits are all coming a bit more easily at the moment. I am not at all sure that this will last though - it does feel safer to post daily. I have a children's...

Hello, welcome and good luck. I started on two S days too the first time round. A good warm up I felt and it makes you notice what comes naturally before you start changing things. The eat like a normal person website sounds great - I'm off to check it out.

Thanks Rawcookie, the fireworks were dry thank goodness over here in Devon. Hope yours were too last night. I think the rain avoided peak times where we are :-) Success for Friday with just the hog roast bap for supper. So a 'perfect' week. I didn't feel like I would need to go too mad yesterday but...

Success I was quite hungry this afternoon - I think my lunch was a bit small but I was fine waiting for supper time. That sounds like a good plan Rawcookie. I upset my husband just after my last post as he had gone out and bought an S day treat breakfast for us of sweet pastries. Maybe I should have gone with it. Anyway the scales have been kind and I am at an all time low of 12 st 1.5 lb this morning. Quite pleas...

Hi Trace I am away at the moment but I will try to remember to look at the make when I get back. I have had it for years (probably 11 or 12 years) and it is from the UK, as am I. It is a digital scale. Perhaps the quarter pounds are a bit meaningless and where madness lies but I am very used to it a...
