I personally don't like taking extra S-days unless it's a Holiday like Christmas or a family birthday party. BUT, I wouldn't be above trading it for an S day on the weekend.

It's not like Reinhard went up the mountain and brought back stone tablets with NoS rules chiseled on them.

March 30, 2017 Yesterday, although and Succes , really did not feel like one. Breakfast was good. Lunch was steak, 1/2 a potato, and a salad. I kind of over-did the condiments. Butter/sour cream, bleu cheese dressing, Heinz 57. But, I devoured just one steak. Dinner was Dominoes thin crust, sausage...

Another green day today and am going for a walk later. Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks of green days. I think that is my longest streak on No S, I usually last about 10 days before I give up as the weight loss is too slow but since I'm not weighing myself I'm finding it easier to stick to. I'm loving ho...

I am not very surprised by the data, mostly because the data aligns with my experiences. I lived in Central OH for most of my childhood and early adult life where creamy casseroles, buffet binges after church and dessert with every meal were a way of life. I grew up eating homecooked meals but the ...

So BMI meals "By Mirror Inspection"? Very clever oolala, but no, I hadn't thought about that. I heard it from someone else years ago, you don't need to weigh yourself or look up your body mass number on a chart to see if your program(diet/exercise) is working, just look in a mirror. I'm skeptical o...

Diamond Dallas Page Yoga story about Arthur.

I posted this sometime last year, on NoS, but it's worth a second look if you haven't seen it. I might add Arthur is an American veteran with severe injuries.

Way to commit and be a positive force on this board. Reinhard should market those bumper stickers like the half marathon people plaster on their cars, 13.1. Except yours would read something like, 1yNoS. People would be scratching their heads trying to figure out what that meant.
