Oolala -it's the combination of weekly reporting plus committing to 3 meals a day plus dishing my whole meal all out at once that is making the difference.

Weekly report Mon to Fri - success Sat: 3 meals - seconds for lunch as I hadn't given myself quite enough to eat. Dinner - dished out more than I needed, but ate it all anyway. Sun: 3 meals I've cut back on the treats on weekends as I think too many energy dense foods were stopping me losing weight.

Hi Imogen,

good to see you back, and congratulations on your baby.

I've found No S a lot easier since I decided to stick to 3 meals on the weekends. If I want a treat, it has to be part of a meal.

Hi Maggie, I had two nights where I couldn't sleep because I was so hungry. It was to get over the problem of being hungry and not being able to sleep that I have allowed myself a mod of being able to have seconds if I feel like I haven't had enough dinner. I have to decide straight away after finis...

Hi Oolala,

my N days were fine this week. I had seconds for dinner one night, but that is a mod I'm allowing myself at the moment. I seemed to have settled down from the bout of overeating I had earlier this year.

I'm playing it by ear at the moment, but I plan to phase out seconds once my 3 meal a day is more firmly established.

ladybird's check in

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum, but not quite new to No S. I have been practising NO S for the last year, but haven't yet managed to establish a solid 3 meal a day habit. As this was one of my aims when I started, I've decided that I need to do something a bit different to what I've been doing fo...
