Re: 2 meals a day?

I usually eat two meals a day, but that's only because of Invisilign which is kind of a pain in the butt. Occasionally, I eat one meal a day. On the one hand, I can't wait to be done with Invisilign. On the other hand, I like it because it's sort of like training wheels to break away from "perma-sna...

Cool. I didn't know black lentils existed! I have to use them next time.

I wish we could be on daylight savings year round. But, I always do the time changes on Friday evening -- even though it messes up my Saturday appointments.

Re: automated eating tracker

Actually, I'm going to do some experiments with lentils and maybe some other beans to see if I can have small portions without sending my blood sugar through the roof. ... I made this one https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/13978/lentil-soup/ and it was really good. I hope it's something you can eat.

Re: Why did you leave? Why are you back?

I left because I was impatient. I've been gone for 6 months (exactly, to the day), I counted calories, and lost a good amount of weight. I'm not back yet, but I want to be back because I don't want to count calories for the rest of my life. The No-S Diet, or a variation of it, sounds like a good way...

Re: BackToThin's CheckIn

I tried on clothes yesterday and do you know what fit me perfectly? A size 4 dress. NO, this is NOT an accomplishment. This is sad. I'll explain why. I'm 5'6" and 145 pounds. I should NOT be a size 4. When I was 117/120 pounds in the 80's I could not fit into a 4. I was a size 6. So, with an additio...
