Re: automated eating tracker

Don't ruminate on parenting mistakes, I've been doing a bit of that lately!!

I'd love to have some of my time again to do it differently but we can't and have to accept that and get better going forward :)

Like all of us you did the best you could at the time, no one can ask more....

Have you tried sparkling water? Add ice and slice of fruit or even a drop of fruit juice :)

I find it very refreshing and feels more like a treat than still..

The best thing I took from IE was to eat food you really want and enjoy and stop when you are satisfied. Both of these fit nicely with nos.

Not essential to make nos work but worth looking at from time to time :)

Don't let lack of scale movement deter you. I had the same in the beginning. To the point I went to the Drs for a check up. I was hungry at meals sticking to plan and knew from past experience it should have been going down, All was ok, I think my age had something to do with it but it's not been st...

Re: Candace's Newbie Check-Ins

Well done with the fortune cookie :) Re being too hungry to function. I introduced a mod of no starving. So if a meal is delayed I will have a snack, a handful of nuts or something not sweets. You could also try a glass of milk to stave off hunger. The plan has to fit your life. You are right not to...

Yes I've totally relaxed thank you. We've rented properties backing on to canals so the guys can fish. I've read books, chatted, shopped and sat looking at sunsets :)

Good luck in the competitions, you've done so well with not drinking.

Re: Advice from long time no s ers??

Choose food you really enjoy and eat it slowly and pay attention, doesn't have to be every meal you do this but the more you tune in to what you are eating the more you find your body leads you to good healthy food. When y...
