I really like the 14 minute idea. I'll be sticking with that. However, I am fortunate enough to have a olympic style free weight system in my basement. So, this is the planned workout for the foreseeable future (subject to change on my whim, of course).

MWF-Shovelglove (I have a 12# hammer)
I plan to rotate through the following moves (sets of 7)
1) shovel
2) churn butter
3) chop wood
4) flip the lever
5) hoist sack
6) tuck the bales
7) fireman
Cool stoke the oven
9) chop the tree
10) paddle canoe
11) reverse samuri
12) start lawnmower

TH-Weights (also 14 minutes)
I plan to cycle through the follow exercises, just like I would do in shovelglove

1) front squats
2) bench press
3) romanian deadlifts
4) bent rows
5) crunches
6) military press
7) *Eventually, I want to start doing pullups as well, though I am not there yet. Very Happy
