Hello I am new and live in Norway
Hello everyone. I am new here. Found out about No s diet this weekend, bought the book last night and finished it.
Since I graduated and started working full time two years ago, I have gained almost 12 pounds. I didn't exercise any less, but I had lost a lot of weight eating low carb and kept that weight off for a few years before slowly eating more carbs again. Now I have finally figured out why I gained proper weight after starting working: snacks. There is fruit, nuts and candy flowing freely at the office two-three times a week, and let's not forget about the cake on Fridays... Very easy to start a bad eating habit!
So now I'm here. I have also downloaded the app HabitBull on my phone to keep track on red and green days.
Looking forward to get to know you guys! And loosing those 12 pounds....
Height: 5 5" (167 cm)
Weight : 167 lbs (76kilos)

Re: Hello I am new and live in Norway
Welcome. I have following this way of eating for 17 days. So far, I have had no desire to eat snacks - except on Saturdays.
I am currently relishing feeling hungry at meal time. I so much want to enjoy the food I eat that it overrides the desire to eat snacks.
At 54, I am finally learning delayed gratification.
