Day 1 (Monday) Success!
Day 2 (Tuesday Success again

My problem is bedtime snack is needed to keep a.m. sugars at a low range, if no snack, sugar is high. I have to find a way to have a 1-carb snack at night, maybe take it away from the dinner plate. What do ya think?

Day 3 Success (almost)...did eat a bowl of cereal with milk for snack before bedtime. Sugar was great this morning. I guess this is going to have to be standard for me.

Day 4 Failure Had too much food today. Drug rep lunch at work, and then I couldn't stop. Tomorrow and Sunday are S days, but will try again for 3 plates on Monday.

Day 5 S Day
Day 6 S Day

Day 7 Monday Success but with a bedtime snack. I think this is gonna be standard for me for a while and it needs to be in place there, I just need to watch out for what I choose for that snack.

Day 8 - Tuesday success although we went to Shoney's for dinner, I didn't have seconds or sweets. BS 132.

Day 9 - Wednesday - Success again but instead of the milk at bedtime, DH brough home a ham/cheese subway and I only ate 1/2 of a 1/2, which is 3 inches. BS 135. Sugars are looking good.

Day 10 - Thursday - absolute success!! BS was great at 95 this a.m. Weight is down 0.5 lbs since 10 days ago. (I must weigh for chart to send to my doc.)

Day 11 - Friday SUCCESS. I know we are going on on Saturday so I'm looking forward to that.

Day 12 - SDAY - Saturday. Had a few drinks and light dinner. No snacks or sweets though today.

Day 13 - SDAY - ate Hummas and pita chips for snack today. Had 2 cheese sticks and jalapino poppers for lunch instead of a regular lunch and 1 piece chocolate cake for a sweet.

Day 14 (Monday) - FAILURE. I at half my son's egg sandwich before dinner (to keep it from being wasted) and a BIG bowl of cereal before bed. Sugar was 229 this morning. Big fat failure! Will do better tomorrow.

Day 2/2 (day 2, second start) Wednesday SUCCESS BS was 119. Walked 10 minutes around parking lot today. :P :P

Day 3/2 (day 3, second try) Thursday Success today.

Day 4/2 (day 4, second try) Friday Failure, made it an S-day.
