I sometimes spend weekends in Temecula (about an hour north of me and south of you, I think, when the traffic is right) during the spring and late summer through fall. If you ever want to meet up there for a hike or walk, or just for coffee, let me know. No worries either way. :)

I need to get out walking, too.

I am about 15 pounds away from fitting into my old wedding dress! I kept it because my grandmother was alive and had the dress made for me. i can't wait =)

I am not hungry all the time. But, yes, I do have to eat less. I have also started eating healthier whole foods rather than processed foods or eating out. that seems to help. But it is not coming off as quickly as in the beginning.

I overate this weekend. and haven't been on any walks in a while. but..............it is monday. and I plan to make a fresh start. go on a walk after work. and make some homemade healthy food after work. keeping hope alive.

i love cooking! but that isn't always a great thing, means i have stuff in the house that is fattening. i have a hard time cooking lowfat

197.2 Another benefit of weight loss = I was cutting my toe nails and it is a lot easier to do than it use to be =) I think I am losing my stomach, slowly but surely, yes it it the little things that matter

Believe it or not I am very happy with this. Considering that I have been eating like the three little pigs lately. and not walking. I have two months off of school. I plan to get back to the 190s and beyond. I thought with the way I have been eating the damage would be a lot worse. onward and downward

I just wanted to stop by your board and say that you are a true inspiration to me. Over time with No S, you have been able to lose 40+ lbs, even though you sometimes talk about struggling. I've only been No Sing (on and off) for about 8 mos, and I hope that after 1,2,3 + years that I will have progress to show for it, as you do. Keep it going, girl!

205.4 yesterday 203.4 today, I am hovering in the same spot for what seems like forever. I know i have lost 60 some pounds. and that is a big victory. I think back on all of the things that have changed since I lost the weight. It is summer and for years i was miserable in the summer because my thighs would rub together and hurt badly. I could only wear pants and sweat in the summer. Now I can wear dresses and shorts and skirts and i am fine. I have more weight to lose. But I must remember how far I have come. I can do this. I just have to break this hovering pattern
