As you know, I am a big Leslie Sansone fan (the newer workouts).
Anyway, she has a new dvd coming out on September 9th...
There are 5 miles on the dvd.
It's called 5 day Slim Down.
She has a mile for each morning and none of them require any special equipment like weights.
Anyway, you can do a mile at a time or 5 miles!
