I couldn't see it, either, but I know the Blue Zones inhabitants (high ratio of people living to 90 and beyond with little disease) do a lot of walking in hilly terrain. Longevity researcher Valter Longo recommends about an hour a day of fast walking. I'm not doing it consistently, but I'm thinking about it!
