Rocky 2

Whilst flicking channels last night I came across the film Rocky 2 so of course I began watching it (can't beat a bit of Rocky action). After going off the rails a bit his wife's illness kicks him into action and he undertakes a punishing training regime to get fit for his rematch with world champ Apollo. Inbetween having some guy pound on his abs whils he dooes sit ups and performing hours of 1 armed push ups it cuts to a scene where he is down at the scrap yard - swinging a sledge hammer!
What a feeling to know that even the Italian stallion himself endorses Shovelglove!
