Hi,
I am pretty new to the forum, so maybe this question has been asked before.
My job requires me to travel pretty much every week. Any suggestions on how to shovelglove/alternatives to shovelgloving in a hotel gym?
thanks
Shovelgloving for a road warrior
Hi subhayu,
Honestly, the most important aspect of shovelglove is the "temporal" one: stick with 14 minutes an N-day of anything. Hotel gym is fine. Body weight exercise is fine, and doesn't even require a gym. A lot of gyms these days have kettlebells, which make it easier to do things resembling "useful movements," but you can do them even with dumbells. I've "shadowboxed" with light dumbells before in lieu of the hammer when one wasn't available and it was kind of fun.

Hey, Check out http://neilarey.com/. They have a lot of different bodyweight workouts that you could do in a hotel room.

"convict conditioning" is a great bodyweight program. It's designed to be done in a prison cell, so it will for sure work in a hotel room.
