Happy New Year!
I didn't see a January Challenge yet so I would be delighted if you join me in making a January a successful month, whatever that means to you. I'm going for Vanilla NoS and All-Green.
Good luck to you all!

December was not as I'd hoped ( it was horrendous) but good news is I am so excited to get back to sane eating and feel better. Also, I haven't been on the scale in over a week and am waiting until February 1st. Goal for January is to rebuild and strengthen my No S habit! Vanilla and all green goal for me as well!

My goals are to keep to No-S and to exercise 10 days this month. I know I will likely take an S day in the middle of next week for a family member's birthday. I can't presently think of other non-Saturday/Sunday S-days coming up this month. So far, the No-S'ing has been a success, but I've not been able to exercise yet.

I'm excited that so many of you are in
Automatedeating: NoSpending is an interesting one! I look forward to see what tweaks you'll come up with.
Lots of green already - hurray! And for the reds so far - it's tough to get back on the horse after Christmas but you can do it!
