Last week I was at the doctor's office when one of the regular nurses saw me, appeared to take a second look, and came over. She asked: 'Have you lost weight recently?' I replied, 'Yes, I've lost some weight but it's been over a longer period of time. Plus I now exercise every morning before work.' 'What kind of exercise?', she inquired. I mentioned to her that I do 15 minutes of strength training after waking up, followed later in the morning by 6 Yoga Sun Salutations. She nodded and said: "Wow! Keep it up!"
So, my thanks to Reinhard for his encouragement and ideas with regard to sensible nutrition and exercise.
