That is so sad! I have been on the diet industry bandwagon for so long and I can tell you that for most of us...it only makes us worse. Thank goodness for No S.

wikipedia says it was the BMI was invented in the 1850's. I'm pretty sure that's what was used for this data.

There are different versions of it on youtube, some of which are slower. I wonder a little how accurate it is, as some states can go backwards in stats from year to year, getting fatter, then thinner, then fatter. But I imagine it's true in general.
The west is trying to hold out because we have to hold our stomachs in around the pool and on the beach.
