Down 8 pounds since May!!!

I am so glad to be able to post this to you all!!!
I went to yoga today, which totally annihilated me, cos I have been skipping it and then going, only about once every two weeks...
Afterward I weighed on the scale at the gym, and I am down 8 pounds since mid May!!!!
This is even during pms, which usually adds two pounds of water weight.. As long as I basically stick to what I've been doing, and continue to not eat at night, and do my stair climbing when going to the car park garage, up to our apartment, etc... I may actually be down an additional few pounds in a week or so when my period passes..
I feel amazing!!!!! And I'm so happy that I've been accomplishing this 1. without having a scale in the apartment and only focusing on behaviours, and 2. really clamping down on night time eating and taking every opportunity to take the stairs whenever possible!!
I said I'd update in July, but I couldn't wait!!! Hahah!!!
