Is it possible to go back to the very first post in the forum? There must be so much information in there that I could benefit from. So far as I can tell, I only have the option of going back a year.

You can go back to April 25, 2005, which is when this board move to this format. Lots of good reading over this two-year period!

When you go to the No S Diet Discussion Home page, towards the top right it says:
Goto page 1, 2, 3 ... 18, 19, 20 Next
If you click on 20, that takes you right back to the beginning of the current archives, I think... to 2005, anyway.
I have also been mining the archives - a great distraction from hunger!
