For people who come here desperate to lose weight, rather than to find a sustainable, enjoyable way to nourish themselves consistently, take a look at this. I’m not saying that it isn’t possible to lose weight, but it depends on a lot of factors. In the meantime, continually living at odds with our appearance is a tough life. There are very good reasons to change our eating and add consistent exercise beyond what it’ll do to our looks. And please don’t ignore, adding in consistent exercise. If you want a sense of vitality, they really go hand-in-hand.
