Yesterday was an S day. DH and I were so busy that I totally forgot to eat anything at all. I know that this isn't very healthy, but it was an S day.
My question is should I count it as a success or failure?

You can't fail on an S-Day, so mark as success. But you're right, it isn't healthy, so you may not want to repeat that particular form of success again!
