Don't be shy about posting here. I know it's awkward to be among the vanguard when there are so few to start with, but we've got to get started somewhere. If you have trouble signing up or posting don't hesitate to email me for help.
You can find the archive of old posts starting here:
http://www.nosdiet.com/group/1.html
I've updated all article links on the home page to point to this archive.
It's simple, but for gunning through old posts, I think it's actually quicker than the yahoo site.

Is the plan then to abandon the old yahoo site? I like this format, its like many of my computer forums so I feel right at home.

Yes, Sandie, that's the plan. I like it better, too, but I think there are a lot of members who will need some hand holding... (lurker: if this is you, don't be shy about asking!)

Hi, it's me, Michael, from the yahoo list.
I've been very quiet lately, been far too busy. But NoS is going well for me.
Thank you Reinhard!

Hi Michael,
Sorry for the delay, but welcome! Happy to hear no-s is working for you. Even if you got nothing else to report, that's something! Very helpful for newbies and strugglers to hear.
