Subconscious cookie rebellion?

Post by bonnieUK » Tue Oct 02, 2007 9:27 am

Hi!

So I've been on No S for a couple of weeks now, successfully got out of my "eating seconds & thirds" habit, also got out of the snacking - so far so good.

The interesting thing I've found is that while before, I avoided sugar and had no interest in it, since being on No S I've had 2 "cookie incidents" LOL

I'm thinking that perhaps because I've got out of two bad habits (eating seconds and snacking) my subconscious prompted the "cookie incidents" as some kind of rebellious act.

I think I've regained control now though and don't feel a particular desire for anything sweet (hopefully got that out of my system) :D

Anyone else experience anything like this in the begining?
