Alcohol Question

Post by Johnny Quick » Wed Jan 24, 2007 3:31 am

Hi!

Am I supposed to have my 2 drinks with meals?

Could I have them by themselves, for example to wind up after work and have my meal after I finish them?

How about as a nightcap before I go to sleep?

Thanks!

I have my one drink when I'm relaxing with the word processor considerably after dinner.

I don't have a rule about when I drink my drinks, but I usually have them with dinner because that's when I enjoy them most. So sure, enjoy your drinks whenever.

Just to clarify: glass ceiling is a separate (but compatible) system from the no s diet.

beer before dinner

If you are a beer drinker, consider having one before dinner. I find it supresses my appetite dramatically and makes the wait for (or the preparation of) dinner much easier.
