MY FIRST DAY ON NO S DIET

Post by elleb4456 » Wed Aug 15, 2012 3:21 am

... AND I LOVE IT. AFTER READING ALL NIGHT, LAST NIGHT, I DECIDED THAT IT MADE SENSE.
I WOKE UP THIS MORNING, KNOWING I WOULD HAVE THREE MEALS AND THAT WAS IT.
IT WAS EASY AND WHEN I TRACKED, TO MAKE SURE I HAVE ALL THE NUTRIENTS I NEED, I WAS IN THE LOWER SIDE OF MY CALORIES RANGE.
I WAS NOT HUNGRY ONCE.
TOMORROW I AM GOING OUT, ILL SEE HOW I DO.

A 1,000 journey starts with a step.

There will be mountains and rivers along the way. Just keep going.

And remember, if the horses are blind just circle the wagons.

Lise, welcome to the forum! Do keep that positive attitude of yours. It'll help you, just in case you encounter stormy weather. At the onset, try to relax about nutrients and focus on establishing the 3-meal a day habit; merely a suggestion.

Jethro, would that be 1000 horsemen or the journey of a 1000 nomads?
