Starting on Monday, October 24. Anyone else?

Hi There!

Is anyone else starting on Monday October 24? I just had my big 60 birthday and am determined to get in shape. I also have fibromyalgia so this limits my exercise a little bit. I have been very inspired by people on this forum however.

I'm starting week 1 with no snacks as this causes the most disruption in my life, This will be followed in week 2 by adding no sweets. Week 3 should be easiest for me as I rarely have seconds anyway. In a month's time i hope have established some new good habits.

Is anyone else up for this starting on Monday?

Welcome! I've been doing this about six months, and am very happy with how things are going.

I am on board with Vanilla No-S starting Monday, October 24th! I only have a few pounds to lose, but I am determined to heal my relationship with food...for good this time!

Good for you! This is a wonderful journey. I'm not new, but I ask everyone who is if they've read the NoS book. I've read it over & over and get something new each time I do. It's a great book to have on your nightstand!

Much success to you...

Made it through my first day in one piece. Definitely had cravings, but I held strong!

Hope you had a solid green day as well!
