After many attempts Im on day one again. This is so hard when your an emotional eater. But going to take one meal at a time and lots of water.

Captnswife....I'm here again too. I can't count how many times I've tried this and then given up. This last attempt has been going very well & I'm actually beginning to believe I will succeed at this. I probably shouldn't say that out loud! LOL.

I hope you'll drop by often & that this time around will be a very positive experience for you...

Yesterday was soooo hard not eatting between meals but I got through it. I got hungry around 8:30pm lastnight but I did have a glass of milk and a big glass of water. Only did a mile walk but for me thats pretty good.
