* * * week of 9/4 challenge * * *
I challenge you to have an absolutely perfect week. No cheating, slips or close-enoughs.
This is for anybody who needs encouragement and daily accountability. Think of this as your own little cheering section.
- Write down what your "perfect" is at the top of your post and then update us as to how you're doing. Accountability helps!
- *Remember* to only post once at the top and edit that first post all week with an update of how you are doing. It's easier to find each other.
- Please re-read that last one, some people don't get it.
- After Monday we will continue posting at the bottom for encouragement and fun.
- This challenge is meant for all of us to give support, so let's try hard to do that.
- Anyone can start whenever through out the week. The more ~ the merrier!
- Be sure to tell us all at the end of the week if you did have a perfectly successful week!!!

I am in..
Vanilla No S
Make running part of my exercise at least 5 days
Start doing something for these flabby arms!
Sunday: sick day...I did manage to walk a slow half hour.
Monday: 5k charity race..still not feeling 100%...green day
Tuesday: relapse on the sickness...managed a 2 mile walk AM; 1 mile PM...green day
Wednesday: 1 mile walk; 1.5 mile walk/jog....green day
Thursday: 2 mile walk/jog; half mile walk...green day
Friday: 2 mile walk/jog; 1 mile of walking...green day
Saturday: 2 mile walk/jog; 1 mile walking...s day
Success at vanilla no s and running in spite of being sick.
I bought a sledgehammer, but I do not think just buying it qualifies for success...
Nonetheless, I will consider this week a success.
