So it's been awhile since my last post on here. Been a interesting last few months to say the least. I have lost some weight, but more importantly. Im no longer Insulin resistant and all in all my blood work is great. Cholesterol and Triglycerides or a little high. Doc thinks it;s genetics and had me on a little Niaspan and fishh oil. I have completed C25k for the second time. Also have become a cert personal trainer. Been experimenting with Yoga, Kettlebells, bodyweight prison workouts and some running. Recently I have adapted a vegetarian diet in support of a cousin diagnosed with cervical cancer and thinking of implementing some fasting like eat stop eat. I am glad to be back to the board and look forward to some great exchanges of information and experiences!!
