(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

I was just emailed this and given permission to post anonymously here:
I'd just like to thank you for the NO S Diet. It truly has changed my life. Less than a year ago I weighed in at 230lbs, for a 5'5 woman, that was too much weight. I felt constantly sick, too lazy to tie my shoes, and suffered from headaches everyday. I decided to start losing weight by following the advice in a book I had brought a year prior, The No S diet. The simple three concepts launched my weight loss and with exercise i'm proud to say that after 6 months I weight 150lbs. I have lost 80lbs! Thank you! I preach this system all the time!!
I'll send her the link to this page, so rest assured that any congratulations, comments, etc. will be read.
I'll start with my own -- congratulations on your tremendous achievement and thank you for letting me share it with the group!
