The bit where I blather on:
2 years in I’m up 1kg (2 pounds) from my lowest “during†weight (when I was still nursing), but otherwise I’ve maintained my loss.
I had 3 months off habit over Christmas and New Year 2013/14, due to a bunch of different (mostly positive) disruptions. Luckily most of the good habits “held on†somewhat, so I didn’t gain that much, and any gain disappeared relatively painlessly once I got back into vanilla No S.
I’m a vanilla girl. I still have a strong “fence around the law†attitude and prefer not to virtual plate, eat sugar substitutes or anything else that confuses habit. My S days have calmed somewhat over the 2 years, but I still sometimes go wild and end up with a tummy ache.
I do moderate exercise (cycling to work, walking or swimming with my son, some free weights) on most days.
I used to weigh daily and calculate a trend. Then my scales broke and I couldn’t be bothered replacing them. For this update I weighed for a few days at the gym near me and took an average. In future I’ll probably do this every 6 months or so.
