So contemplating s...

some of the 5 lb can be attributed to water weight, so don't panic! usually for me if i have a bad week i'm up a lot but then if i reign it in i can go back down in a few weeks.

Amy you can do it! try and use the scaling method if it helps you. I have an example on my daily check in thread. basically unless you completely failed and overate the the point of sickness you get a 1 but it goes 1-10. most days just having a dessert or extra snack puts you about a "5"... that way...

2-11 success! Level 10 - really wasn't even too hungry today as is the case usually on Monday as I have so much from Sunday and Saturday. Also ran 4.3 today. Working up to 5 miles by April and 6.25 or 10k by June. I think this weekend will be a lot of fun. Planning on valentines day Saturday which w...

Sometimes is the key word. Sometimes on days that start with s. It is not a free for all 2 days. But if it ends up being a free for all, there's nothing wrong with that. It still fits within the No S rules. And even if it doesn't fit within someone's interpretation of the rules, it's still miles an...

I like what both of you have to say and i wanted to add from my own experience. i was definitely suffering from "diethead" for about a year. I was on a calorie counting website "happily" or what i thought was happily (i was deluding myself) counting calories and I did in fact lose weight. But the pr...

I am pretty short, 5'4" and have a small frame. my wrists are only 5 1/2 inches! :) when i was 150 and barely into '...
