KCCC- I have also found that keeping my "mealing" and eating 3 times a day on S days helps to keep everything going smoother! Otherwise, I just eat often!

When I was doing No S close to vanilla, I noticed my weight went back and forth, back and forth. It wasn't until I put a portion control system on it, (counting bites) that I was able to get a more even weight and going downward more.

Yes, that is the one I use too, only it is the paid version 99 cents. It really helps me not to binge and be more satisfied when my bites are around a minute apart

Lunch 20 bites peanut butter fudge, meatloaf wrap

snack reese peanut butter, p.b fudge, salad meatloaf 10 bites wheat grass

supper 20 bites chili with cheese sour cream chips, fudge, blueberry muffin with butter

Well I am back!! I got pregnant with my 5th child in June 2012, had a baby March 1st 2013 and my baby is 6 months old.

I am back up to 214.8 I am pumping breastmilk exclusivly for my baby, so my plan is to do Vanilla NoS and if I get hungry just drink milk or drink something between meals.
